ULTRAWEED/FASHION FILM 

1-Color Application Instructions

• Time: 12 seconds
• Temperature: 260-300°F
• Pressure: Medium
• Peel: Hot

2-Color Application Instructions

• Time: Press background layer for 2-3 seconds, place foreground layer for full application of 12 seconds
• Temperature: 260-300°F
• Pressure: Medium
• Peel: Hot

Special Notes - If the garment is 50% or more cotton it will require 280°F + degrees.

Care Instructions - Machine wash inside-out using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not dry clean.

PREMIUM PLUS HTV

Low Tack Application Instructions

• Time: 8-12 Seconds
• Temperature: 280-300°F/138-149°C
• Pressure: Medium
• Peel: Warm or Cold

Two-Color: Tack background 2 seconds, peel warm, place foreground on top, 8 seconds

High Tack Application Instructions

• Time: 8-12 Seconds
• Temp: 280-300°F/138-149°C
• Pressure: Medium
• Peel: Hot

Two-Color:

5 seconds, peel hot, next layer 5 seconds, peel hot, cover again, heat apply for 5 seconds

Special Notes - Stahls’ recommends setting your heat press at 280° when heat printing on sensitive fabrics, such as polyester.

GLITTER FLAKE HTV

Application to Natural Fibers

• Time: 10-12 seconds
• Temperature: 302°F/150°C
• Pressure: Medium
• Peel: Hot

Application to Synthetic Fibers

• Time: 10-12 seconds
• Temperature: 290°F/143°C
• Pressure: Medium
• Peel: Hot

Special Notes - When Light Pink Glitter Flake is applied to dark colored fabrics, the light pink color becomes iridescent.

PRINTED HTV 

1-Color Application Instructions

• Time: 15-20 seconds
• Temperature: 300°F/149°C
• Pressure: Medium
• Peel: Wait 5 Seconds, Peel Warm

 Print/Cut Instructions

1. Print and cut your design in positive form on the media side of the material
2. Once dry, weed away excess material
3. Mask the weeded design, smoothing out any air bubbles
4. Lift the mask to expose the vinyl adhesive from the backing
5. Position the masked design on the garment for heat application

• Temperature: 300°F / 150°C
• Pressure: Medium (45 psi)
• Peel: Warm

ADHESIVE/FOIL HTV

Adhesive Application

• Time: 3-5 seconds
• Temperature: 300°F/149°C
• Pressure: Light (20 psi)
• Peel: Hot

Foil Application

• Time: 8-10 seconds
• Temperature: 300°F/149°C
• Pressure: Firm (60-70 psi)
• Peel: Cold

Print/Cut Instructions

1. Cut design from CAD-CUT® Adhesive, with adhesive side facing up
2. Weed away excess material and follow Adhesive application instructions
3. With colored side facing up, lay a slightly larger piece of Foil over applied design
4. Use a cover sheet and follow Foil application instructions
5. Once peeled, Foil adheres to the Adhesive only
