Beginner Sewing for Kids
Product Description
In this ongoing lesson program, students will learn the basics of hand sewing, including stitches, how to read and interpret a pattern, and more. Projects completed in this class will increase with difficulty as skills improve. Each student will work on independent projects based on skill and interest, so new students are welcome to join at any time. All projects come from our wide array of eco-friendly, and kid friendly craft kits.
Age and Difficulty:
Kids ages 8 and up. This is not a make and take class, so classwork requires patience and practice.
Supplies are included in the monthly class fee.
The health and well-being of our students and the environment is our primary focus. We only use non-toxic, earth-friendly and sustainable art supplies. We are the only studio in our area that uses all earth-safe materials in classes!
Class Fees
Due to COVID-19, we are limiting the number of students in our classes. Our monthly fee for classes is $100 for the first student, and $75 for additional siblings. We require payment for classes no later than the 15th of the month for the upcoming month classes. This allows us to plan and be sure to have the correct amount of supplies on hand.
