We are finally expanding our line of Laneras' beautiful, eco-friendly superwash yarns with the addition of Deseos: A lovely blend of Uruguayan Polwarth and Corriedale wool in a DK weight.
Laneras is a unique company in the way that they process their yarn and dyes making it the most eco-friendly superwash yarns on the market. The mills in Uruguay use a one of a kind "Signature Ply" technique that adds strength and creates a unique, enticing look. Every skein is hand dyed using OKEO-TEX certified acid dyes to create over 200 colorways.

- Laneras yarns are crafted with wool sourced in Uruguay, a country with the highest standards for animal husbandry.
Sustainably Processed
- The facilities proessing all the wool used in Laneras yarns are run almost entirely using renewable energy. 100% if our wool is scoured with rainwater. All waste water is treated and re-used on site. leaving no pollution to the environment. This is true for our superwwsh as well, where the faciity is actually carbon negative.
